Read This, Or Don't. We Don't Care.

By using NoData Hosting, you agree to these few things. If you disagree, just find a different provider. We won't hold it against you.

Best-Effort Service

NoData is an anonymous, zero-knowledge infrastructure provider. We are a small, focused team that prioritizes privacy and network stability above all else. Because our setup is fundamentally hands-off, we cannot promise you any specific service level or uptime guarantee. You are subscribing to a highly-tuned machine, not a helpline.

Backups are a "You" Problem

You alone are 100% responsible for the data you put on our servers. To maintain zero knowledge, we actively do not retain backups of your server. If your data is lost due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, or intergalactic war, it is gone. We are not liable.

$

Anonymous Payments

This is a paid service. If your account balance hits zero and we cannot collect the daily or monthly fee, your server will be decommissioned and destroyed immediately. There is no "undo" button for data destruction. Pay us, or lose your stuff.

Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate your service at any time without a refund. We hate paperwork, so we only do this if you force our hand. Common triggers for termination:

  • Generating "Network Heat" (See the AUP below).
  • Resource abuse that impacts the performance of other users.
  • Fraudulent crypto transactions or chargebacks where applicable.
  • Hosting content that is illegal in the physical jurisdiction of the hardware.

Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

We don't want to know what you're doing, but we will protect our network. The following are strictly forbidden because they draw unwanted attention to our "NoData" infrastructure:

  • Outbound Spam: Mass mailing on Port 25 is forbidden. If we get a spam complaint, you're gone.
  • Network Attacks: DDoS (inbound or outbound), port scanning, or brute-forcing is not allowed.
  • Phishing: Using our hardware to steal data from others is a fast way to get banned.
  • Illegal Content: Child abuse material (CSAM) is a hard line. We will delete you instantly.

Network Heat Clause

Privacy is for everyone. If your project is so "loud" or "dirty" that it risks the IP reputation or the physical safety of our servers, we will cut your access. We do this to protect the anonymity of every other user on the machine. If you need to do something that creates a lot of noise, buy a dedicated server, not a shared VPS.
